As a normal human being who really likes food, and also attains to have a Godly body, I often ask, “to eat, or not to eat.”
Well, the answer is more simple than you think.
Think of your car…when the car gets low on gas, the fuel light comes on, reminding you to fill up before your car stops working.
Hunger is pretty similar.
When you begin to get hungry, your body is running low on fuel and needs some sort of sustenance.
Now, we’re not talking about filling up on burgers and fries all the time, once in a blue moon, sure, indulge.
What your body is craving is protein. Healthy carbs. Vegetables. Fruits.
Eating the right amount of foods doesn’t make you fat. Your body burns calories while resting so you don’t have to worry about that.
However, if you’re an overeater and aren’t very active, then you might run into an issue that I’ll talk about at a later date.
Hunger is simply the reminder that your body needs fuel and that you should probably start thinking about adding some to your fuel tank…aka your stomach.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have some chicken and sweet potato to go eat as I’m getting hungry.
