Well, something that I’ve been dying to do is make my own, but I’m kind of afraid to fry anything so I’ve always stayed away from making my own doughnuts.
That is, until I came across Gemma Stafford on YouTube.
She’s a professional chef who runs “Bigger Bolder Baking” and I watch her videos daily.
The very first video I watched of hers is how to make doughnuts from scratch without frying them.
